Crayfish kind of night

Friday night in August means crayfish time! This is the best time of the year to eat crayfish in Sweden, so we figured why not? After work, we picked up these suckers from a local market.

She ended up getting none, but was happy anyway. And so were we! Simple dinner with close to  zero preparation, yet filling and tasty. Five thumbs up.
